Diane Culpepper

Diane Culpepper earned her Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Central Florida in Business Administration. After a period of time in the business world, she began teaching business technology education classes at the high school level. After earning her Master’s of Education in Vocational Education from the University of Central Florida, Diane served as a district level administrator in the department of career and technical education for Orange County Public Schools. She then spent six years as the Director of Winter Park Tech and during that time earned her Ph.D. from the University of South Florida. This past June, she assumed the role of Director of Lake Technical Center, Inc., a public postsecondary charter technical center.

Over the years, Dr. Culpepper has taught at the elementary, middle, high school, community college and university levels. While she has thoroughly enjoyed working as a district level administrator as well as a school based administrator, her true passion is teaching. She loves working with students and teachers!
